Everytime I open my workbook, excel tells me the workbook contains automatic links to information in another workbook, and asks if I want to update this workbook with changes made to the other workbook.

I don't want to update my workbook.

Is there a way I can stop this message from appearing? I do need to keep the link between the 2 workbooks, but I will open the other workbook if I need to update the changes.
