Automatic macro running from a cell

Hi

Apologies for the basic question.

I have a simple VBA script that prompts a user to input the number of sites to be reviewed.

I would like run the simple script when the user changes a cell from NO to YES - by default the cell will be set to NO.

I am sure its simple but....
