I have a spreadsheet that has four columns. I wanted to create a user form that will allow the operator to pick whether it is our part or a customer part. Once they pick i need the selection automatically transfer to the cell and automatically pick the next sequential number in the RMA list and display it in the appropriate cell.

A bit rusty on my VBA skills. Any help would be much appreciated

Excel Facts

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
Try this, but really unsure if it fits your needs since, I don't think you gave all the information for a complete answer, but maybe you did and this will work.
Create a table to hold your data.
In your Column you want your RMA number (You should have given that formula)
Add the "Form" tool to your quick access tool bar (Not really necessary but it makes things easier).

Add your data.

Hello awoohaw,
My NCMR number is 2039 right now. How do I get the formula above to count by one instead of 100

why do you have "2039" as your format?
the formula I gave you earlier is:
Excel Formula:
="NCMR" & Text(Row(A3)-2,"000#")

(If you are looking at the formulas in different rows, in Row 2038, the formula should be
Excel Formula:
="NCMR" & Text(Row(A2038)-2037,"000#")
