Hello,

I have an excel sheet that changes daily with different numbers. Is there a way to highlight the cell that I change that day automatically and when i press a button clear for tomorrow i will have a clean sheet of paper and when i make changes that day, the cell will highlight nothing that changes have been made to that cell. When I hit clear again, the colors will change to the original sheet.

This way i know where I changed the report for the day for my colleagues to know as well as this document is on a server where 5 people have access to and we all make changes according to different data.

Please let me know if you do not understand my explanations.

Thank you so much for your guys help always!

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
Sorry for the above...
Hello,

I have an excel sheet that I have to do changes to daily with different numbers. Is there a way to highlight the cell that I change that day automatically and when i press a button, it will clear for tomorrow and i will have a clean sheet of paper (with the numbers intact)and when i make changes that day, the cell will highlight the cells that are changing that day. When I hit clear again, the colors will change to the original sheet.

This way i know where I changed the report so my colleagues are uptodate with where i changed the numbers on this document thiis report is on a server where 5 people have access to and we all make changes according to different data.

Please let me know if you do not understand my explanations.

Thank you so much for your guys help always!
