Automatically Open a workbook after regular intervel

Hi,

Can some one help me to suggest a excel VAB code which will accomplish the following activity.

I have a excel file which contains list of some important activity which I want to complete in days to come.

Now I want a code which will automatically open up this file (if my computer and excel programe is open) after every 10 days starting from today. (or date as mentioned by me)

this will be some sort of reminder file for me.

Please help.
