I recently put together a template for some co workers. I want to be sure everything they paste into my template is pasted with special values. Is there a way to make it so anytime they ctrl+v or right click paste that it will always paste special values automatically. This would help speed up or process and work more efficiently. Thanks!!

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
You could probably use a change event to convert whatever is entered into a value:

Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
    Target.Value = Target.Value
End Sub

Not that code is pretty broad based and won't exclude any ranges.
