Automatically populating table

I'm working on a model that requires two manually inputted variables, say either 1, 2, 3, or 4, and A, B, C, or D.
With these two variables I arrive at some product. I'm currently having to manually input my variables and copy and paste the solution into a table that lists my variables on separate axis.
Is there a way to automatically populate the table without having to manually input the variables?
I'm not familiar with macros, but would that be a way to solve this problem?

You should be able to get there with a data table.
