Automatically save a document.....

Hello to all!

Is it possibe for Excel to prompt a user to save a document in increments of, let's say, every 1/2 hr?

Does something like this exist? Is it possibe?

Oops - simpler solution (depending on what you want) is Tools|Autosave - check you've got the add-in loaded (Tools|Addins|autosaveaddin) and choose 30 mins interval
