The data runs up to 100's of rows

Hi,
I have an data dump that looks like this (this entry is captured in a single cell and could have various variations) but the premise is that it's a time stamp dump that captures the events of a ticket from the time it enters a queue to the time it's resolved. What I am struggling with is to transform this data into a report which will calculate the # of hours the ticket has been in various stages. I dont know how to upload an excel file on the forum so I really hope this explains what I am attempting. Currently I so this manually and I know it's not the most efficient way. I hope someone can help me solve this problem

Thanks

Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
You might want to try Data-->Text to Columns with > as the delimiter.

To post a shot of your sheet, follow the link in my sig.

HTH,

I tried that, however there are some funny characters (a question mark in a box) which prevents me from doing this, the text to column function doestn work
