autopopulate cell data from one sheet to another

How do I autopopulate cell data from one worksheet to another?

For example,

I want the data in sheet 4, cell A9, to auto populate sheet 1 cell A22.

May be too simple, but:

click on A22 on Sheet1 and type =
click on Sheet4, cell A9
hit Enter

So now when you type anything in Sheet4 A9, it will show on sheet1 A22
