Hello,

I want to know if I paste another data, I want whatever is there to shift down automatic
Thanks

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
To do that, don't use Paste, use Insert.
If you want, you could customize your keyboard so that cmd+V inserts rather than pastes.

those cells have formula, thats why I was going to use speical space and paste values only reason is that if I use insert then all the cells would same data/value
