Average of 3 lowest scores

hi first time posting and I need some help. I am doing a golf tournament where we 5 rounds and I need to average the lowest 3 of the 5 but can't include any 0's if the person does not play. Can anyone help me on this thanks.

I'd use blanks or text instead of zeroes just to keep the formula from cluttering:

Ok thanks that is a start I forgot to mention that I have 2 sets of data a gross amount and net so I have say C18,E18,G18,I18and L18 for one set and then ,D,f,H,K,M for the others so how do I pick those fields rather then a range that would include both sets of data

Yes that worked great thank you so much. It was probably an easy thing for most people but I don't use excel and tried a bunch of different stuff. Thanks again for you fast and great responses!!
