I have two columns
Currently, I'm using this formula to get the difference from these two columns:
=IF(INT(E10-D10)>0, INT(E10-D10) & " days, ","") & IF(HOUR(E10-D10)>0, HOUR(E10-D10) & " hours, ","") & IF(MINUTE(E10-D10)>0, MINUTE(E10-D10) & " minutes ","")
The output for this formula is: 28 min. (response time)

How do you generate an average of response time for all entries.
