Excel Facts

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
There definitely would be "cleaner" ways to address this, but see if this modification works for you

Excel Formula:
AVERAGE(SMALL(IF('Stu List'!$F$3:$F$1322=$E$1,IF('Stu List'!$F$3:$F$1322<>"",'Stu List'!$K$3:$K$1322)),ROW(1:5)))
