in cell A1 i have 50%
cell A2 i have 50%
in cell A3 i have 150%
In cell A4 i have 300%

i want to find the average
if it is exceeding 100% we have consider it as 100% and do the average

i want the formula for this

=MIN(AVERAGE(A1:A4,100%)
