AVERAGEIFS & Multiple Tabs

=AVERAGEIFS(Data!P9:P10000,Data!B9:B10000,"Employee 1",Data!J9:J10000,"Staffed",Data!U9:U10000,"Week 1",Data!I9:I10000,"<>Delay*")

Looking at the image below, I'm using the above formula to populate C6 with the average of certain cells in my 2nd tab named 'Data'.

Is there something I can do with the bolded text above to make it average the data only if the content of cells in the 'Data' tab equals saaay maybe B5 of my home tab which contains specific text.

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
