Averaging Weekly HIGHS and LOWS of historic Data

Anyone able to help me out here...I know how to pull the data to Excel using the "Get Data from Web" but other than that I am stuck.... I do not think it is merely just an act of averaging each column of HIGHs and LOWs then taking the differences of those two numbers. Any help is appreciated...
