I have unique identifiers in column A... I then have multiple entries on a different tab... what I need is to find out how to average these entries for each unique identifier in column A on the other sheet...... please help

Excel Facts

Difference between two dates
Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"
Maybe like this (shown on one sheet for clarity)
