Aviation Charter Manifest Spreadsheet

I am seeking some basic assistance with completing a spreadsheet for an aviation company that I work for. We conduct regular flights for a mining company and need to streamline the way that passenger names and aircraft loadings are presented to us.

1. Word wrap the “Bags on Baggage Aircraft” checkboxes text.
2. Protect the Worksheets without having warning/error messages being displayed when a checkbox is selected/deselected.
3. Popup calendar to select the date on the first worksheet (?)
4. Stop the Aircraft Data Worksheet being printed if the Entire Workbook is selected for printing.
5. Any additional streamlining/data validation ideas that may be worth having!

It is my impression that you really need to hire an expert to do so much for your company's for-profit improvement! Just my opinion.
