Axis Labels moving from bottom to top

I have a custered column chart, generated with VBA code, that has the labels on the Category (x) Axis at the top of the chart, and the columns extend from the top to the bottom of the chart - backwards from normal.

I want the labels to be at the bottom, and the columns to go from the bottom to the top.

If I redraw the chart as another type (as a 3D Line Chart) the labels move to the bottom.

I am having trouble finding the property that makes the chart display "normally". If you know the solution to this dilemma, I'd appreciate your assistance very much!
