i have a data base and it hase rows of peoples info. and there are many duplicates. i need to delete all the duplicates but i cant mix up any of the rows so that i can do a mail merge later.
im so confused
 

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
You could use Autofilter to filter for duplicates, and copy the unique records to another sheet. Much less complicated than deleting them. Hope that helps!
