Hello all,

I'm trying to do a macro that will sort a big table.
I want when the sort ends that the cursor always returns to the place he was at the beginning of the macro.
But by how I did, it always returns to where the macro was recorded.

How can I change it to satisfy with my needs?

Thanks.

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
Hello,

I didn't do the macro with code. I just record it.

anyway, this is the code :

Sub sortAll()
ActiveWindow.SmallScroll Down:=1
Range("P205").Select
Range("B1:P205").Select
Range("P205").Activate
Selection.Sort Key1:=Range("D2"), Order1:=xlDescending, Header:=xlGuess, _
OrderCustom:=1, MatchCase:=False, Orientation:=xlTopToBottom, _
DataOption1:=xlSortNormal
Range("K157").Select
End Sub

Try this (replace your existing code).

Code:
Sub sortAll()
Range("B1:P205").Sort Key1:=Range("D2"), Order1:=xlDescending, Header:=xlGuess, _
OrderCustom:=1, MatchCase:=False, Orientation:=xlTopToBottom, _
DataOption1:=xlSortNormal
End Sub
