Background images for userforms

I've got a data entry userform in Excel VBA that someone is going to have to look at a lot. Any suggestions for a nice background image to make it a bit less boring? Not distracting, but not as boring as plain color?

You can give them an option to select their own picture...

Add a command button and name it cmdChangePic
Then add the below to the form code...

Filters = Filters & "Bitmap Files (*.bmp),*.bmp"
Filters = Filters & ",JPEG Files (*.jpg),*.jpg"

Me.PictureSizeMode = fmPictureSizeModeStretch
