Can you help with a vlookup issue..

in s5 i want to look the number in f5 in the data range c18:c42 and then return the corresponding result in column j

on a different matter....

i need a formula to look at range c18:c42 if there is any result lower than or equal to 1.5 then G4 = "GO"
