Best way to embed Word doc into Excel

I've built a complicated spreadsheet for the masses at work and was asked to produce a user's guide. I've done it in Word. Problem is, I'd like to include it in the spreadsheet so folks don't have to go hunting for it.

Any suggestions for the beast way to do this? Is it possible? It's several pages long with embedded graphics, not something that could be cut and pasted in easily...

I could imbed a simple link but not everyone may have access to the drive it's stashed on...
