I need to add a rule onto the following formula:

=IF($A82="AA",New!Y81,"")

If the above is below zero, it wants to be zero rather than a minus figure.

What is the best/easiest way to do this??

No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.

How about:

=IF($A82="AA",MAX(New!Y81,0),"")

... could you use a more meaningful thread title next time. The choice for this thread is meaningless to anyone searching the forum.
