BlackBerry Users! What Do You Do?

If someone wanted to view a workbook on a Blackberry and it took a long time to load. Can the size of the workbook be reduced some how to make loading and viewing faster? The workbook has 3 sheets, lots of formulas linking it to 2 other workbooks. Thanks

From your description of the workbook, I would suggest determining what the BlackBerry user wants to see and then producing a report sheet that can be sent - perhaps with formulas converted to values.
If the workbook is large, it is not going to be that easy viewing it on a monitor - let alone a BlackBerry.
The solution that I implemented (too complex to describe the functionality here in detail) allows users to send email requests for specific data to the Data Warehouse that then automatically sends the report either in the body of the email or as an attachment.
