Do you mean you want to be able to recall a workbook - - - or a worksheet from within many in a single workbook?
If it is the first, on the Round Office button in the upper left corner of Excel 2007 and Excel 2007, you will see a list of recently opened workbooks. There is a small "push pin" to the right of each file name. If you click on the "push pin" it will keep that file on the list permanently and you can access the workbook quickly.
If it is the second, I am sure that are many ways, but off the top of my head, if a workbook has say 25 worksheets, you could write a macro that would give you a list of the worksheets and quickly access the favorite sheet that you want to access.
