Es sencillo. Hacer clic derecho sobre una de las barras y mostrar la barra "Formularios". Ahí hay un botón, se "dibuja" uno sobre la hoja, y ahí Excel preguntará que macro se desea asignarle... y listo !
También se puede modificar el texto que muestra el botón....
