Bottom Border

I want to highlight any cell with a bottom border. Is this posibly with condintional Formatting

This is working for me:

Sub HighlightBottomBorderCells()
Dim oCell As Range
For Each oCell In ActiveWorkbook.ActiveSheet.UsedRange.Cells
      If oCell.Borders(xlEdgeBottom).LineStyle <> xlNone Then
            oCell.Interior.Color = 65535
      End If
Next oCell
End Sub

I don't know if it's possible with conditional formatting...
