Breaking Link

I have a spreadsheet that is based off of 3 pivot tables. Sheets 1 2 and 3 are my pivot table, and Sheet4 is referencing the values from those pivot tables. For example, Sheet4 B22 = Sheet1B10. The problem I am running into is that I need to email sheet4 only, but when I move it to another worksheet it is still looking for the link. Also, if I delete sheet1 2 and 3, it gives me the #Error? for the value. I have currently just been copying/pasting into a new excel 2000 spreadsheet (that's the version I use) and saying paste value only. But there has to be a better way to do it...

And preferably I'd prefer to do this w/o using some 3rd party software, if that is possible.

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Copying and pasting the values along with the formats is probably the best bet.

You can also in these steps:

save the workbook as a different name
select all of sheet4
copy and paste the values over everything in sheet4
delete sheets 1-3
resave workbook and send

Also, turning off auto calc will stop the error message/numbers from updating when you delete the sheets, but you will still need to cut and paste values after deleting them.

That's what I was afraid of there is no easy way to do it! Thanks for the suggestion tho! I'll probably just continue to copy/paste values into a new workbook as that seems to be the easiest way thus far.
