I have a workbook that links back to 2 other workbooks to update the data each day. Someone MOVED the workbook, that broke the links. They then moved it back, it still does not work. Is there any way to restore the links besides re selecting them all again? There are more than 100 cells that are linked to the other workbooks. Thanks for any advice. Rocky

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
When I go there the Edit Source button is grayed out, I can not click it. Do I have to do something to get that to become avalible? Thanks

If someone moved the source workbook, you would get messages about links not found. It sounds like you have a more serious problem, and that the links were destroyed.

Do you have an old version of the file? Maybe from back-ups somewhere?
