Bubble Chart Issues

I have data that I want to display in a three dimensional format. The first column of data contains information that is in a percentage format (X-variable), the second is an integer format (Y) variable, and the third column displays information in an integer format to describe size (dictates the size of the bubble). However, each observation (or bubble), has a different name associated with it. I was hoping that there was some way to display the text associted with the observation -- other than entering each data point as a seperate series. When I highlight a column of data as the "name", it creates a similiar list of names for every data point.

Thoughts?

Thanks!
