I have 4 cost centers each with their own budget. When I enter an amount spent against one of my cost centers I want to show the remaining spend for that cost centre. Is there a formula that can look up the CC number and the value entered against that CC and take it away from the total budget. For example CC 112 monthly budget is £1500, when I spend £50 I want that £50 to be taken off the budget for that month for CC 112 and so on... I have attached an excel sheet as an example.
