Good Afternoon all,
My first post so i hope you understand what i need?

I have a rota with 27 lines starting on a Sunday through to Saturday.

I have the Week commencing date (e.g 11/04/2021) in cell B3, Line number (e.g 1) in cell C3 down to line 27 ending in cell C29.
The Sunday to Saturday headings are in cells D2 - J2 (don't need to move).
D3- J29 are fixed, this is the rota show his shift for the week.

I would like to add a button so the user can simply click and keep clicking to show and advance onto the next week with the fixed rota dropping down a line until in gets to line 27 then it needs to go back to line 1 and so on.

(e.g. John is stating on line 1 W/C 13-04-2021 and wants to see what his shift are in 4 weeks time, so he clicks the button four times and the rota drops four times, line number drops four times and the date moves on four weeks)

What would be really useful (thinking ahead) if he had a button to go back. So really two buttons, advance one week and go back a week.

I hope i have made this a clear as possible. Thank you.

Hi Kes1973 - Welcome to the forum. Here is a thought. You might think of adding a navigation area that is always visible by using Freeze Panes and then adding objects with hyperlinks to the Weeks you are referring to. That way you could click on the object - in the example below - the 1, 2 or 3 - and the hyperlink would take you to the Week you want. Hope this helps you get started. In my example below I set the hyperlink for 3 to take you to Cell A70, but that could go anywhere on the spreadsheet.
