Button password problems

Hello

I seem to have made some error when creating a button, that after I designed the sheet & is complete, I password protect the sheet so no-one (or myself) can accidentally delete any of the sheet formulas.

My problem is now, that when I click the button to delete all temp data on the sheet (except default content in locked cells), it now asks for the password... after I click the button to clear everything.

I'm curious on have I did this.. and how to let the "Clear Button" be ignored from the sheet protection state.

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
Just unprotect the worksheet in your button code and then reprotect it in the last line of your button code.

I did remove the Protect at the bottom of my button code... but I didn't replace it
It seems to work the way I want.. so thank you.
Hope it doesn't cause any other problems leaving it out ;)
