Button to add 7 to cell

Hi
I am trying to make a button if I click it would add 7 to that cell

I am trying to make report that would generate report in 7 day interval

so from May 1st to May 7th
from May 8th to May 14th

B1 is just manual date entry like 5/1/2010
B2 is B1+B3 B3 = 7
so B2 is 5/8/2010
I want to do like if I click one button it would automatically increase both by seven
B1 & B2 at the same time thanks
