C++ Certification Testing Centers

I was curious if anyone knew of some C++ certification centers that are nationwide or on the internet. I was asked by HR to have candidates submit a test before hiring.

I know that these tests can potentially screen out users that would be worthwhile ie the test isn't the "end all be all". But HR needs something for their records.
