NBVC Well-known Member Joined Aug 31, 2005 Messages 5,828 Nov 15, 2005 #2 Go to Tools|Options and Calculation Tab. Select Manual in the calculation area. If you are in a cell and hit enter it will calc that cell, if you hit F9, it will re-calc the whole sheet.
