calc payday bi weekly tied to biweekly commison

mon - friday ie 5/2-5/15 paid on 5/20
5/16-5/29 paid on 6/3
commison bbased on installs friday - thursday ie 4/29-5/12

this commission pay period would correspond with the 6/3 pay

i want to enter the commission paydate in a cell next to each order based on install date
