Calculat TAT

Hi,

I want to calculate TAT in below format so I can get daily TAT in hours and final decision date.

Please check below sheet and kindly help me to get the estimate final decision date.

	We have to take decision within 16:00 or 12:00 Hrs from the case receive
	TAT is calculate from 09:30 am to 17:30 PM.
	For Saturday TAT will be calculate from 09:30 to 13:30.
	Sunday is holiday
