Calculate between two dates, but one date cell has a formula in?

I am using this formula in cell P13 =IF(ISBLANK(N13),"",N13-F13) and it works when there is data in cell N13. The problem I have that cell N13 has this formula in =IF(M13<>"",IF(N13="",NOW(),N13), "") therefore I get #VALUE in cell P13 until a date is entered in cell N13. I want this to show blank or even a zero, or some text.

Is this at all possible? ;)

Hope someone can help me please :)

Hi

I have tried that but it doesn't work! I copied and pasted it into the spreadsheet and it stayed as text. when I type it in it says I have entered to may arguments.

sorry, was in a bit of a hurry this morning. That should work. It works for a #DIV/0! error so I would think it would work for val error
