Hello,

I am struggling to find a formular which shows the following:

First NameLast NameStart DateLeave DateTenure (Days)
FIRST 1LAST 1
07/05/2016
FIRST 2LAST 2
10/10/2016
01/05/2021
1664
FIRST 3LAST 3
23/08/2017
23/08/2018
365
FIRST 4LAST 4
13/11/2017
FIRST 5LAST 5
11/01/2018

If D-C = Tenure in Days. If no leave date, show tenure up to today's date.

So D-C=Tenure if no D show C to today.

If that makes sense?

Thanks,

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
How about
Excel Formula:
=IF(D2="",TODAY(),D2)-C2

Upvote 0
As long as the leave date cells are empty,
Excel Formula:
=MIN(TODAY(),D2)-C2

Upvote 0
