Hi Everyone,
I'm looking for a quick formula for this:

Employee Name (A1)
Hire Date (B1)
No. of Days Accrued Per Month (1,1.5,2) (C1)
No. of PTO Days Taken (D1)
No. of PTO Days Available as of 12/31/15 (E1)

Thanks in advance!

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
something like
=ROUND((12-MONTH(B2)+(31-DAY(B2))/30.5)*C2,0)
