Calculated field Pivot table refers to normal table, to see outstanding item

Hi, I have a difficulties in using Calculated field in pivot table

My goal is to produce an Outstanding table, to see the unfinished item that hasn't been produce by using pivot table

Is it because of the production target table design that makes it difficult to process?
