How can I create a formula for this.

I want to enter a starting date such as 12/07/08 and then subtract what ever the current date is. Then have the total number of days divided by 365 to give me the years and months difference.

Thanks for your help in advance...

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)

I can give you a piece...

To get number of year btw two days, the formula is DAYS360(start date, end date)/365

Not sure how to take this number, which is years and show it as a combination of years and month. I'll be interested to see what solution is proposed.

HTH a little
