Calculating # days between workdays...

Someone was kind enough to point me to the =WORKDAY fcn...to allow me to calculate an end date in workdays with a start date and a number of days.

Now, I want to do the opposite...given 2 workdates, I want to find out how many workdays (count) between them. Can anyone give me a hint?
