Afternoon TSF
Its been ages since I reached out for help
I am having some issues trying to calculate two different time values for work that my employees work.
There are two rate tables one for in hours and one for out of hours as below
In hours is 0800-1800
Out of hours is 1800-0800
I have tried many different ways to determine how many hours there are in a certain shift but I just cant get it to work when it works one way it breaks another below are some examples of how things need to work out.

I just can't seem to see how I would achieve this I have been wracking my brain all weekend, and still cant get any where and google doesn't appear to be turning up any results.
I have found this
Code:
(A2>B2)*MEDIAN(0,B2-1/4,13/24)+MAX(0,MIN(19/24,B2+(A2>B2))-MAX(1/4,A2))</pre>
But cant work out how to change it from 0600-1900 to 0800-1800
Please help
