Calculating Occupancy Rate from Totals/Averages?

Is it possible to calculate occupancy rate from an overall report? I usually have to calculate each agent in excel separately

@kellym9236 not sure why youre posting something related to your other post here. Is this a different question?
How do you calculate occupancy rate? posting some data as opposed to an image is more helpful. You can use the TABLE feature to do so.
