Calculating Time Differences in Hours

Hi there. I'm trying to calculate the difference between two times in number of hours - which I can do. However, I need help calculating between two dates and times. The data is listed in difference cells, i.e. Start Date | Start Time ... End Date | End Time. - they are not in the same cell.

I've included an example data table below. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Start Date Start Time Call returned Date Call returned time Hours to Return
9/16/2011 2:59 PM 9/19/2011 5:35 PM
